Honestly I think that it might also be the woman’s fault in a rape situation. Her behavior might be suggestive and gives the guy wrong signals. You can’t just blame the guy in this situation only. It must have been something which triggered himI hope you die in a fire.
Hollowontheinside, if a rich person donates millions to charity but is then robbed, do their previous actions justify the robbery? “They give away millions, surely they were asking for someone to start taking their money?!”
NOTHING justifies rape. NOTHING
I wouldn’t even wish it upon you so that you could truly learn how hurtful and wrong your statement is.
Nothing a person says, does, wears or thinks, nothing that a rapist or apologist thinks the survivor said, did or thought can justify the act of rendering someone powerless and taking them by force.
NOTHING.
All I can say is consider you had a child.
If they were raped, would you calmly sit by as the rapist said “Oh but they totally wanted it, they didn’t say it, but they were *insert usual rape apology* so I just couldn’t help myself”
A rapist’s excuse is not my problem.
Their lack of humanity, control and fucking decency are not my problem.
Surviving is my problem.
Stopping rape culture is my problem.
Most of all, douchebags like you who defend rape are my problem, fuck you.

I’m kinda speechless.
The creators (and most fans) of the show claim to be LGBT allies, yet there are people who don’t see the outing of Satana as problematic.
There is no excuse, no reasoning that could make it ok to expose someone’s sexuality.
Even if you think everyone in the world already knows, unless the person has come out, do not do it for them, especially by attacking them and calling them a coward.
I know it’s only a TV show, but we all know shows that deal with these kind of issues affect the way the public approaches the same things.
Having a happy gay couple on your show does not earn you a go free card from criticism.
I thought it would be common sense, but hey the creators and some fans don’t think so.
As the say, common sense is not that common.
p.s: If your reasoning for not finding the episode offensive is because you think Satana “deserved” it because of her personality, you need to reconsider your life choices people.
Bringing this piece back as reminder to myself and all you kids out there.
(Also because someone tagged this as” BLAM! you ALL get a taste of the bitch puddin’. ” and that is totally BITCHIN’ to me)
You know how when those stupid “Real women have curves” pictures pop up on your dash and there’s always people calling out the bullshit by pointing out all women are real women regardless of size?
How come we can say that but not put it into practice?
Why do I still have to trawl through foul messages of hate towards any picture of a woman bigger than a size 14?
How come once you’re above “curvy” and into what society calls “fat” you’re instantly hideous and any modelling photos of women that size are disgusting and promoting an unhealthy lifestyle?
When you say that you agree with the people saying women come in all different shapes and sizes, you actually have to fucking agree.
Not every thin girl is anorexic, not every fat girl sits at home eating junk food all day. A variety of health and society issues can affect a persons weight.
A fast metabolism can make you burn your food quicker and make you stick thin regardless of how much you eat, on the other hand a slow thyroid can lead to weight gain. Studies have shown that many neighbourhoods with high rates of obesity also have considerably less to choose from in the way of fresh fuit and vegetables and better cuts of meat, instead being offered far more food high in preservatives and saturated fat. I can give you plenty of real life examples of these situations if you’re pedantic enough to ask.
Besides, this isn’t an science 101 post.
This is me, a young female, angry that rather than fighting the beauty ideals shoved down our fucking throats by our consumerist society, we instead choose to criticise and shame each other based on something as trivial as looks.
This is me saying that unless you ACTUALLY know that the particular girl you are calling too fat or too thin is actually suffering due to her weight- you have no right to tell her to eat more or eat less. You have no right to tell her the way she looks is wrong.
No one has the right to tell you that you need to change the way you look.
Guess what, real women can be curvy, fat, thin, tall, short, wear makeup, shave their heads, keep their body hair or do whatever the fuck they want. If you you identify as being female, you are. You are beautiful. You truly are. Find that one feature that you love, and flaunt it.
It may seem trivial and I may be ranting but we as females need to band together and be there for each other. Everyday of our lives we have messages thrown at us from every direction telling us how we’re supposed to look and what to buy to make sure we get that perfect end result. We need to stop turning on each other.
We need to fucking practice what we preach goddamn it. Be yourself and do what you need to do to make yourself happy and let everyone else do the same.
Fuck you right now tumblr.
Where is your logic? You defend Dunn but condemn Winehouse?
You all seem to love to put male drug fucked people up on pedestals as tortured and beautiful and mourn their deaths like they were your family. People who speak out against said celebrity are called heartless and told to have some respect but then the same people call any female celebrity who is an addict is a trashy whore and mock their deaths.

People are dying in scores, trying to get the freedom they deserve.
People in so called “civilised” societies are having the right of control of their bodies taken from them by people who will never face the same choices.
There are more people starving on the streets than sleeping comfortably in a bed.
There is sickness, famine and war. There is sexism, racism, homophobia and a plethora of other “isms” that all come down to the fact that we are still judged by factors we cannot control.
The media has us hating our bodies, hating our lives and judging our peers in order to fuel consumerism.
There’s so much fucked up shit in this world that it seems too hard sometimes but it’s times like this we need to fight the good fight.
You need to love yourself and love others. You need to fight injustice where you can. Support your local business or give some spare change to a charity. Buy The Big Issue once in a while from the homeless person you pass so often. Call someone out when they say something horrible or offensive to someone else. Don’t let that shit slide, that’s how problems get so big to begin with.
The littlest things can make the most difference. Make that your little ray of sunshine.
Stay positive and keep fighting.
*The Royal Wedding. Over it. Let them get married and let’s moooooove on!
*People posting videos/in depth gifs of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
Some tossbag posted a gif of a very vital part of the Battle for Hogwarts.
Um, excuse me? But I would love to go into the movie and not now exactly how it will play out. Yes, I know the plot already, but I want to be blown away by how it is played out before me. Not just sit there waiting for the bits from the trailer. /unpopular opinion.
*Donald Trump and all the other conservative birthers. Grow up, move on. How about you actually try and help your country out. Try and beat Obama with policy, he’s proved he’s an American citizen multiple times. Move on.
*Hayfever. It is useless and annoying. My eyes and face are itchy, it’s driving me insane.
Why do I always see:
*She’s too skinny
*She’s too fat
*I want her hair/face/eyes/tattoos
on every picture of a girl on here?
Just stop judging! You don’t know why she’s that weight for fucks sake. You have no idea what her ideal figure is. One girl may love those extra kilos, another may hate how thin or fat she is.
No one has the right to judge the way you look.
Everyone is beautiful in their own way. You want her eyes, she wants your hair. It’s all one big circle.
Everyone wants what they don’t have because our fellow humans are so quick to judge and enforce the neverending pursuit for perfection.
Afterall- if you don’t think you’re pretty, you’ll buy just about anything someone will sell you to “make you pretty”. That’s what started all this body hate.
Stop the insults and feeling like you’re not good enough because you are!
This is a message to all the girls on tumblr-including myself.
Don’t want to seem like the bad guy here but you do realise that nine times out of ten it’s just some notes seeking doucher?
Just fucking donate the 1c or 5c that they’re promising to the foundations and charities yourself or help with the spread of actual helpful information.
We’ve had th Bushfires in Western Australia, The Queensland floods, Libya, Egypt and all the other shit that’s going on in the world happen in the last few months and EVERY time these posts have popped up, people reblog them then three weeks later no money goes to charity and people complain about it being a scam.
Only to do it all over again at the next disaster.
I’m no news blog and I have not yet donated to Japan but I’m also not some loser trying to up my popularity by lying about charity donations.
Does pressing that reblog button make you feel like you’ve helped?
Really?
